PURPOSE

At Eterna Motorworks, we are committed to providing transparent transactions and exceptional customer service. This Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy explains how payment disputes, billing concerns, unauthorized payment claims, and chargebacks are handled.

By placing an order or submitting payment to Eterna Motorworks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

A chargeback should only be initiated when there is a legitimate unauthorized or unresolved payment issue.

If a chargeback is filed, Eterna Motorworks reserves the right to respond with documentation supporting the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Quotes
  • Product descriptions
  • Product specifications
  • Customer communications
  • Email correspondence
  • Text messages
  • Social media conversations
  • Policy acknowledgements
  • Checkout confirmations
  • Payment confirmations
  • Shipping documentation
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Photographs
  • Signed agreements
  • Any additional documentation relevant to the transaction

RECORD RETENTION

To support customer service, warranty requests, and payment dispute investigations, Eterna Motorworks maintains records related to customer transactions.

These records may include order information, invoices, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, photographs, signed agreements, and other documentation associated with a purchase.


FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks submitted after products have been shipped, delivered, custom manufactured, special ordered, or otherwise fulfilled may be challenged by Eterna Motorworks when supported by applicable documentation.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Refusal of future purchases
  • Cancellation of pending orders
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law
  • Recovery of applicable fees or damages where permitted by law
  • Any other remedies available under applicable law

ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OUR WEBSITE

  • Custom Invoices
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Social Media
  • Financing Providers
  • Any other authorized ordering channel

The method used to place an order does not alter the policies governing the transaction.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity may be delayed, canceled, or refused.


REFUSED ORDERS
