How It Works

1. Eligibility:

The item must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications).

The competitor must be an authorized retailer (no third-party sellers or auction sites like eBay, amazon, offer up, craigslist, Facebook marketplace )

The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase (we can not guarantee the same stocking status for our products) 

2. How to Request a Price Match:

Contact our customer support team before proceeding with your order.

Provide a direct link or screenshot of the competitors advertised price.

Our team will verify the price and approve the match if it meets our criteria.

The total price (including shipping and handling) must be considered when price matching

3. Exclusions:

Clearance, flash sales, holiday sales, bank holiday sales, rebates, liquidation, or closeout prices

Membership-based discounts or prices requiring special promotions.

Items bundled with additional accessories, gifts, or rebates.

Pricing errors, Free gift, misprints, or special financing offers.
